Hi, I’m really hoping someone can help. I used the Rain app during my online exam and the institute requested proof or a report of this, to confirm that I wasn’t on a unauthorised call. Where can I obtain this kind of information?

We'll be glad to provide some information. As far as proof goes, the university would need to advise what kind of proof is needed and how you should obtain it. There isn't really a way to absolutely prove something like this, so it's a bit difficult to answer.
If they're concerned about a call, potentially a screenshot of your call history may help: Take a screenshot or screen recording on iPhone
