I am trying to add 2 people to my custom domain I created in iCloud. I get an error message as follows when I enter their apple id.
Can’t add that person. They aren’t eligible to use this service.
Why would they not be eligible and what is a way to fix it. The apple ids do not have the new domain email address in them just in case someone wondered.

The person you are trying to add will need to be a member of your Family Sharing group and be in a supported region.

Can’t add that person They aren’t eligible to use this service when trying to add them to my new custom domain.
