Reset settings. It was my Apple ID. After resetting the settings, it requires the previous owner of the apple id, but the problem took place. The previous owner only remembers the apple id, but does not remember the password. Reset can not because there is no access to the phone number. Tell me what to do in such a situation?
There is no way to bypass this. Only the owner of the account it is locked to can remove the activation lock.
