Disabled apple id and no way to contact Apple support because of my location (JAMAICA)

I’m from Jamaica and both my apple id has been disabled. I can’t even speak with a Apple support team can you imagine because of my location. I can’t even download stuffs and I’m trying to get the problem fixed but it’s a dead end every time.
