Has the “loading accessories and scenes” issue been resolved?

Hi, I’m try to figure out if a fix for this issue has been found, I’m stuck on the loading accessories and scenes screen for at least 12 hours, Apple support has not been able to resolve this, however I still have my case pending, any suggestions?

iPad Pro, iPadOS 16
