My backed up data from my iphone 12 pro to my pc increased in size by almost 90 GB

whats up people , i backed up my phone's data to my pc and it was almost 160 GB and now i bought the same iphone 12 pro and started the process of restoring my data but first i updated its software to ios 16 but i was surprised that my backed up data has increased in size to 260 GB and i cant complete the process successfully..

does anyone know what shall i do to fix that problem

If you still have the old iPhone you can reduce the data as much as you can then make a new backup

If you don't then you may have to borrow a phone with a bigger memory (512GB) to restore the data and move it out manually. You can't reduce the size of the backup.
