Hi hvlashmet62,
In that case, this would be an issue with SMS messaging, or "normal" text messaging. With that said, SMS is entirely controlled by your cellular carrier. If you're not receiving those, you'll need to reach out to your cellular carrier for further assistance with resolving this.
Cheers.

Hi hvlashmet62,
Since you're unable to receive text messages to verify accounts, we recommend that you check out the link here: If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone or iPad
1) Update your device to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS if needed.
2) In the Settings app, tap Cellular. Make sure that your phone line is turned on. If you use multiple SIMs, make sure that the phone number you want to use is selected and turned on.
3) In the Settings app, tap Messages. Turn iMessage off and then back on.
4) Tap Send & Receive.
5) Tap the phone number that you want to use with Messages.
The reason why we are recommending the steps above is because they will show you what to do if you're having difficulty receiving text messages.
If the issue persists, try the steps outlined here: Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication
Please do not hesitate to reach back out to us if you have questions or need any additional support.
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.
Cheers!
Hello hvlashmet62,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities!
We want to help further isolate why you're not getting your messages.
In the Settings app, tap Messages. What do you see here? Does it show that you're signed in or does it show any error messages?
This will help us further isolate the issue by verifying your Messages settings.
Cheers!
iMessage setting are not located there. To select iMessages, go to Settings>Messages>iMessage.
When I go into Settings and Cellular there is no option to select iMessages, it isn’t there!
Yes, my iMessage is on. I do receive most messages, just not verification messages from accounts.,
