Disabled in itune &app store

How do I get back to normal in the App Store and iTunes when it says I’m disabled in them I tried a new card and it don’t work

iPhone 11, iOS 16

Nothing you can do to clear this, other than contacting and discussing it with Apple.


Per Apple:

If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
