if I changed my phone number I can't sign in because the code gets sent to old number

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! To clarify, are you referring to a verification code? If so, do you have access to a trusted device? The following article lists a few different ways you can get a verification code, for example:

Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication

1. Go to Settings > [your name].

2. Tap Password & Security > Get Verification Code.
