Connecting a USB SuperDrive wirelessly to an iPad

In fear of bending the connection from my USB SuperDrive - bought to watch old DVD movies -to my MacBook Air, and not wanting to watch everything at my desk, is there a bluetooth adapter that I could connect to the SuperDrive's USB, to then be able to connect wirelessly to watch DVDs on my iPad, or would its 'streaming speed' only be good enough for sound rather than sound and vision?

If this is possible, what make would you suggest?
