Contact favorites reorder

Just a bit more information. After you tap the "Edit" button in the upper right corner of the Favorites screen, you use the three lines to the far right of every contact as the "handle" to move them. Press and hold on those three lines then drag the contact to where you want it. When you've got everything where you want it, tap "Done" in the upper right corner.

While there's not a 'favorites' section in the Contacts app, there is one in the Phone app. If this is what you're referring to, you'd open the Phone app, tap on 'Favorites', then tap on 'Edit'. Then, you can move around your favorites to put them in the order you prefer.
