Install Discord app on child account

I am using the Family and screen time features to control my children activities with phones and they work great.

The issue is that all my daughter friends are communicating on a Discord chat and I am not able to have her install the Discord app since she is 12 and has a child account. Even if I give her the OK the app seems to be restricted.

Is there a way to have her install the app?
