IPhone 7 Plus can’t activate

I couldn’t restart my iPhone 7 Plus. It’s saying An update is required to activate your iPhone.

See -> If you can't activate your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular)

If you can't activate your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular) - Apple Support
