Apple tv switch user by itself

Hi, after renting a movie and 10min of watching it, a banner on the screen was display saying : switching user

After that, it was impossible for me but on my phone, to find all my previous purchases and wish list on my apple tv.

I tried to turn on and off the apple tv, switch user by myself etc. But nothing worked.

And I am not able to find my account back on the tv app on the apple tv even if I am connected with this same account.

To see the movie I had to look at it with air play and share on the apple tv.

does anyone have any clue about a solving method ?

Is it possible that your account was removed accidentally by you or by another user using the Apple TV? Can you see your purchases on another device like iPhone or Mac?
