Unable to renew my subscription

I am attempting to renew my expired Discord Nitro subscription and it is telling me that I need to update my payment information. Everything I have put in on the card is correct. I also recently got my new iPhone, which could be a factor for it but I am unsure. I cannot remove my card from my Apple Pay due to the expired subscription. There are no freezes on my card at all so I am left in confusion. Is there any way I can get my card to work again?

Update Payment Information Hello, I have an expired Twitch subscription that renews but it was recently declined and I needed to update the payment information. I have updated the payment information and it still says I need to update it. I have successfully added funds into my Apple Account with the payment method but still cannot renew or cancel my subscription. It says that I need to update my payment information. I’ve tried deleting and adding the payment methods and have checked that they indeed work successfully with my Apple account and other services but I cannot seem to renew my subscription or even cancel it. The prompt to update my payment information is still there. Twitch allows me to gift subscriptions through IOS but won’t allow me to re-subscribe since my last payment was declined, and that I would need to go to the Apple billing services to update my payment information. I am looking to fix this update payment issue.

I cannot update payment method When I try to update payment method (as my card has expired), it says it is linked to an active subscription and won't let me change it.
