Loose lightning port

The lightning wire plug is loose insude the iPad’s charging port when I plug it in. The ipad charges slowly or not at all unless I wiggle or flip the plug. My iphone charges just fine with the same cords. Does Apple store Genius Bar replace these ports?

noticed that my charging port in my iphone 14 pro is loose compared to my 6s Plus even though there is no Debris on it I observed that when I connect my lightning port to my iPhone 14 Pro, the charging port is loose and compared to my previous iPhone 6s Plus where the port was harder to remove and made a clicking sound. I am unsure if this is a normal occurrence or if I should seek assistance from an Apple store. and is there any possible way to replace my device?

My iPad charger won't insert into the port Ipad cable will not go into charger port. Seems to be obstructed????? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Bent lightning port pins? Brand new iphone13 Dear apple users, Following my purchase of the iPhone 13, And after a quick inspection to confirm that the device is not physically damaged, I noticed that the lightning port has possibly 3 bent pins? The phone came like this out of the box however it charges normally without problems. I wanted to confirm whether this is by design? The pins which appears to be bent are: Pin 2,3,7. Would be difficult to take a photo due to it being very difficult to see. any help please? thanks
