Sorry that am not comprehending just what you wish to achieve.

Apple support have an article online that may help ... though the errors are identified by number.

Wondering what you were attempting to achieve when the error appeared

eg: transfer data, back up iPhone, restore OS, upgrade, update ...

Seems you may have been about to back up your iPhone to your Mac ?

It would be helpful to know which Mac model you are using and which Mac OS version is installed

and which iOS version is installed on your iPhone 11

We can often back up iPhone with the Finder now instead of iTunes:

Or

Have you tried using iTunes

Update software on iOS devices in iTunes on Mac.

&

iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Update with iTunes

or

if running Catalina or later use Finder if wanting to update iPhone

Phone, iPad, or iPod touch - Update with Finder.
