two times i do refund and they tell me We reviewed your claim and your purchase doesn't meet conditions for a refund and now i cant do refund what do i do ?

Their T&Cs do nothing to explain when or why they reject a refund request. My son ran up about $100 in purchases and they appeared to refund about $10 worth at random, even though they were on the same day, mostly the same purchases ("Robux"). I asked for an explanation and they basically said to go *&^% myself. It's infuriating.
