Refund refused
If i accidentally purchased and no longer need product and i received message refusing for refund. To whom I can contact to clarify why refund was refused? It seems strange for me and looks like unfair.

Most often, timeline is the main factor.
Refund requests within 24 hours, when you've never even opened the app - easy
Refund requests 90 days after purchase, with hundreds of hours of app runtime - not so much.
Without knowing more about when you purchased, and when you requested, there's no way to answer your question directly.
