Trying to set up my router and it ask for the MAC address of the iPad? Where do you find this?

If you are using a MAC-based Access Control List to control access to your WiFi Network, ensure that you have disabled Apple’s Private Address feature:
Settings > WiFi > [Your WiFi Network / SSID] > Private Wi-Fi Address - set to OFF
If this setting is enabled, you iPad will not be using its real MAC Address, but will use a fake address that can (and will) regularly change. With the setting disabled, your iPad will use its real (fixed) MAC Address. You can see the currently active MAC address from this settings page.
You can also find your WiFi and Bluetooth MAC Addresses from:
Settings > General > About

Settings > Wi-Fi > there are several addresses in this section , including your router ,
IP address , Subnet Mask , Wi-Fi address etc. .
Settings > General > has model numbers , serial numbers , name , version , Wi-Fi and
Bluetooth addresses .
