i am unable to click Agree' to terms and conditions after resetting my 2013 Mac.

The button is there but I am not able to click it, Ive clicked all the way back to see if i missed something, but all else is fine - All the auto updates were done over the years, so no problems there, but my PC was running slow (i dont use it all that often), so i thought i would reset it in the hope it would be a bit faster.

On the terms and conditions window did you scroll to the bottom of the window as if you read all? To enable "Agree" you must appear to have read it.
