flashing/flickering of Touch Bar
My Touch Bar started flashing/flickering, I tried booting in safe mode and the problem still persisted. Any help is appreciated.

You do not say what exact Mac—
M1/M2 would be your Safeboot.
if no resolve it typically indicates a hardware issue. Take it in

Try resetting the SMC Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support see the details.
Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)
