Unable to APPROVE Removing Child From Family after receiving the request email..

Have followed all the steps I've seen so far, The new organizing parent sent request successfully. The organizing parent of the original family, received the email request to allow the child to leave, opened that mail in their gmail THROUGH the Mail App on iPhone, hit the button in the email that says something along the lines of "view request" - that then opens a window saying open the request through the Mail App (which we just did) and then press the "Let's get started" button. There is no such button anywhere and we are stuck at that point.

Any ideas out there - will be trying to contact support tomorrow, but just thought I'd try here.
