Lock the Dock to one display to stop it moving to 2nd display

I think this may need a request for change to Apple. For years now I have been having the same frustrating problem.... the Dock keeps jumping to my 2nd screen. I use multiple displays and need the Dock to stay at the bottom of the screen on my Macbook Pro display. I do not want it to move to my 2nd screen if I accidentally move my mouse to the bottom. I do not want it on the left or right of the screen. I want it to stay where I put it. There are numerous similar questions on the community so I think many other people are frustrated with the same problem. It would be nice to have the options to lock it, or have it appear on multiple screens. Does anyone know how or have the ears of Apple to take this request forward please?

Just a thought. I wonder if it could be added as an option to Hot Corners?
