Hello Udof9,

We see you recently reviewed Continuity Camera: Use iPhone as a webcam for Mac. Just to confirm, are the requirement in that article being met? You can find those below:

  1. iPhone is plugged into the Mac with a wired connection OR
  2. The following requirements are met:

  • Device is in landscape mode and oriented horizontally.
  • Device is locked with the screen off
  • Device is motionless (not being handled)
  • Both front and back camera are unobstructed
  • They have a nearby strong Bluetooth signal

Additionally, you'll need to confirm:

  • The Continuity Camera Webcam is enabled in:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap on General
  3. Tap on AirPlay & Handoff

  • The iPhone recognizes the Mac as a trusted computer
  • iPhone and Mac both have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and two-factor authentication enabled.
  • iPhone and Mac are signed in with the same Apple ID.
  • iPhone is not sharing it's cellular connection and Mac is not sharing it's internet connection.

Should you continue to have this issue, then it would be best to contact Apple directly: Official - Apple Support

They'll need to take it from here.

Wishing you well, take care.
