How can I correct an email account on my Iphone 13 that stopped working from the Mail Icon on my phone. I can get my gmail acct but not my acct with Spectrum that provides my internet. Spectrum says its a Apple problem.

If you do have an App Store VPN then take it off, apart from being useless it will inhibit a lot of iphone functionlity.

Go to Settings, Mail, Accounts

If the Spectrum account is there, tap on Delete Account.

Then tap Add Account, type Other

Put in your account email address and password when asked.

If that does not work then go to the Spectrum help forum if there is one.
