I bought brand new phone from America and when i got back to europe i couldn't activate it with Europian SIM card. Is there any way to fix this? "the SIM card that you currently have inserted in iPhone is from a service provider that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server"

Best Buy has never sold unlocked phones. If they told you that you could use it in Europe they lied to you. Did you use it in the US first? If you did your US carrier can unlock it for you.
Then the phone will be forever useless outside of the US. But you bought it 3 years ago, and the problem only occurs now?
You bought a phone that was locked to a carrier. Only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it. If you did not buy it directly from Apple that is why it is carrier-locked; only Apple stores and Apple online sell unlocked phones.
