Shows that on one earpiece and in the case there is 0 percent charge. But it's not.

Restarting your the device your AirPods are paired with may help refresh its connections with other devices, so you see the most up to date information.


Additionally, make sure Low Power Mode is not enabled, and charge your iPhone. Low Power Mode limits some of the abilities of your iPhone, including background activity.
