When will apple’s Ventura support dell display manager?

Nobody here would know what Dell needs nor know what Apple plans to do. If you can find out from Dell what they need, and we might be able to guess.
Apple change the requirements for Kernel and Extensions, which is probably what the issue is and Dell doesn’t know how to write one correctly for the new security system.
I spoke with Dell tech support. He told me that the issue is with Apple and the new Ventura. It WAS working with the prior version, but (according to him), Apple has yet to include what’s needed in Ventura. So I was just hoping somebody might know if/when it’s coming.
I’ve got a nice U4320Q Dell monitor, and LOVE it. I recently changed jobs. In both my old and new jobs, my employers provided me with windows laptops for work. My old company allowed me to install DDM on the work system, but the new one does not. As long as it’s on ONE of the two, that was all I needed. Sadly, Right now it’s not on either…

One would think Dell would have had the opportunity to develop there Software for the long announced release of Ventura released October 24, 2022
That is, if ( Dell ) they afforded themselves the chance to use the Beta Versions of Venture to insure their software was ready for macOS 13
