Hi Apple, serious question tho. I would like to know the rationale behind for M1, M2 products to support only up to one single external display. It’s 2023, yet you tell me it doesn’t support natively this simple task, and when I go to one of your stores, you staff told me it’s mentioned on the product website!? This must be the biggest joke ever.

You do have the choice of getting a silicon chip Mac that supports multiple external displays (Max or Pro). Determine your display needs then buy the Mac that meets those needs. If you were buying a new vehicle would you buy a two seat car then complain that it can't seat 4 people or would you buy a four seat car if you needed to seat four people?

M1 chip was the only available option when it first released in 2020 and not every user has the budge to upgrade their laptop every year. We are not even talking about computational ability, simply a dual display function could be considered as some basics in 2023 nowadays perhaps don’t you thinkV
