How to protect macOS Ventura from sleeping while downloading and uploading?

I'm using FileZilla in macOS Ventura to upload large files to the server, so I'm afraid that if we try to do it with macOS Ventura it will sleep within few min. and download/upload will be interrupted.

What is the preferable way to let macOS or laptop stay awake until the file is being downloaded. or uploaded.

i think so it doesn't seems to be helpful, let us conclude, how do i protecting macOS Ventura from sleeping when the lid in closed? it will help me continue with ftp software easily. to keep awaked.

I was just on with a senior adviser at mac. She told me: "Ventura doesn't have the option of working with the lid closed. I don't know why they took out that option."
