Backing up my info on my iPhone without backing up the phone

I forgot my password on my iPhone and without backing up the iCloud for my phone i pressed erase all content, and then i got logged into my Apple ID but i tried backing up everything before i erased it and it didn’t let me so i pressed back up this iPhone and now i am stuck with an iPhone without my information. I was wondering how i can get all of my information back since I didn’t back up my previous info before erasing all my content. I really need everything back on my phone. Bc i tired everything and im not getting my old information back on my iPhone.

Hi robiya2015,

You can visit iCloud.com to see what data you may have with iCloud, as perhaps you have data syncing with iCloud that you're unaware of. If you see data when you visit iCloud.com, then you can turn on the corresponding feature on your iPhone for the data to sync to your device.

Check out how to view iCloud.com and how to enable iCloud features in the articles below:

You can also search for a previous backup you may have from a computer or iCloud, using the steps here: Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

"Find and manage backups stored in iCloud

If you use iCloud Backup, you won't find a list of your backups on iCloud.com. Here's how to find your iCloud backups on your iOS or iPadOS device, Mac, or PC.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
  2. Tap Manage Account Storage, then tap Backups.
  3. Tap a backup to see more details about it, choose which information to back up, or delete the backup."

Without a backup or syncing data from iCloud, there is no way to restore data after erasing your iPhone.

Kind regards.
