my iphone xr has kept rebotting and power on by itself and stays at 1%. I have tried everything and nothing works. Also, My battery health has also been changing and my phone wont go over 20%. it would just decrease a little then shut down and go straight to 1%. Just to let everyone know, my phone is only a few months old as well and it tells me my battery is unknown

Where did you buy it? Go back there and have them check it. The battery seems to need a replacement.
In the meantime,
Check the charging port for lint or other debris (use a bright light and a toothpick) and see this:

My battery health used to be 95% so im not sure it needs to be replaced but ill check. Thanks.
