Turn on my Apple account and I tunes
Somehow, I have turned off my Apple ID and iTunes account. How do I turn it back on?

If you mean you see a message saying "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" or "You cannot login because your account has been locked", the solution is to contact Apple by clicking on this link for this specific issue --> Apple Support . Removing the lock is not something you can do yourself.
