Child's Screen Time Requests going to MacBook instead of parent iPhone?

My son keeps requesting more screen time, but I am not getting the notification on my iPhone 13 Pro or my new Apple iWatch Series 8. They are going to my MacBook Air instead (which I rarely use). How do I direct them to go to ALL my devices?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13
