I’m having the same issue after updating to 16.2…..did the restart and nothing but I gotta tell you….the other issue I’m having is this community forum. Almost every single time I’m directed here after searching a question or issue I’m having, I read the same responses over and over and over and over from so called “Specialists’”…..it’s either 1 of 2 responses.

  1. You’re given a link to from Apple Support so you can “look it up yourself” and read all about it

OR

#2. You’re problem is being pawned off and deflecting blame so you don’t have to deal with it. What is the reason your here if you can’t actually help???

As suomi780 stated, as well as I, it only happened after I updated to 16.2 from APPLE….not my phone carrier??? It’s not my phone carriers update. It’s again, APPLE’S?

Hi suomi780,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand you are not seeing your recent calls since updating your device. We want to help get this resolved. Start by restarting your device. A restart is a simple step that can resolve a wide range of concerns. See how here:

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

See more about restarting here: Restart your iPhone

If restarting doesn't help, reach out to your carrier for further support about your call history.

Thanks.
