Is it showing your music library just fine, but none of the playlists are showing? If so, do you recall a specific incident that occurred right before they went missing? Lastly, do you have the playlists on another device currently?

"Check the cloud status of songs on your Mac or PC
- On your Mac, open the Apple Music app. On your PC, open iTunes, choose Music from the pop-up menu, then click Library.
