Control panel won’t open with swipe. All 3 switches are set to on. Voice setting is off, I have reset several times. I believe that I corrupted the setting myself while trying to configure assistive touch. I remember seeing a warn ing pop up. can this item be reset? if I need to factory reset, Will the ios16 upgrade do the trick? Thanks for your help.

Hi, thanks for your help. Yes, both with power top button and home and power button together. Control center seems to work normally, but by tapping the floating button onscreen. I would like to put back in normal mode. I found a video on YouTube and was being “cute” with assistive touch. I am 80 yrs old in a nursing home and finding this Apple experience to be very confusing and fascinating at the same time.
