Period after double-space: option to turn OFF gone?

Hi there,

I recently upgraded to Ventura, and I noticed that my device has begun inserting a period after I double-space. This is a really inconvenient feature for me and I've disabled it on all my previous devices.

However, the preference to turn the period after double-space OFF seems to have disappeared in the new System Settings format. Am I missing something? If not, does anyone know a command line solution?
