The wrong family member did the family share, now, the original Apple TV account holder can’t family share with everyone. How do we fix that?

I am trying to use the Apple TV+ on my device but the original account holder cannot family share because I did it from my phone first. However, I do not hold the account to Apple TV+ so no one else can get it shared with them until we get this figured out.

Try If you can't find your family's shared content - Apple Support. In principle it shouldn't matter who the family organizer is as long as they are prepared to make payments for other users when their purchases are not covered by store credit. Shareable subscriptions should be shared to all members of the family, regardless of which person made them. Note that the only way to change the family organize is to disband the family and recreate it. You can join a family no more than twice per year, so beware of getting caught out if you decide to make changes.
