iPhone 14 Mobile Data Not Working - Network Issues

I recently bought an iPhone 14 pro. Randomly I lose the cellular data connection but it still displays as 4g connected. I can only access the internet after restarting my phone. I tried turning data/airplane mode on and off as well but didn’t work. This has happened to me 3 times in the course of 4 days since buying the phone.

UPDATE (PROBLEM FIXED)


I went to my carrier store and got a new duplicate sim for my existing number, now i am not facing any issues. before that i had a visit to apple service center. As they checked, other sim was working fine so i got to know issue is with carrier. Maybe because of 5g sims coming recently and something with bands used in phone and i was using old sim that might have some old bands that could have removed from new phone. not sure but problem fixed

My problem was solved partially.

i switched from 5g network to LTE on my settings. I would appear that iPhone 14s way to comunícate with 5g tech goes bad after some time.

i know I’m paying for 5g but going I little slower is better than dropping out of service completely. I can’t tell the difference in speed anyway.

settings/ cellular data options/ voice & data & choose LTE over 5G then just reboot your phone.

I have the following issue on 14 pro max dual eSIM:

sim 1 is for calls only

sim 2 is for data only


when using voip (viber, messenger, whatsup…) the only way I can have a good quality call (otherwise the delay is unbearable) if I turn off sim 1. I guess the phone thinks that sim 1 is default for voip even though the settings are proper as mentioned in the beginning. Surely not a provider issue since I have reported and reset seems with them and the issue remains. Does anyone know the solution?


p.s. other then voip no issues with this setup for using data.
