Add ‘Health’ back as a data source for counting steps

I accidentally deleted ‘Health’ as a data source in the health app. My Apple Watch is showing as a data source but I also want the ‘health’ back to also track my steps. How can I add ‘health’ back on as a data source. This screen shot is direct from apples guide on data sources but it doesn’t cover adding ‘Health’ back as a data source
