What’s the battery life of the first generation watches?

By now, a first generation Apple Watch would likely have abysmal battery life. When new it was rated to last up to 18 hours (depending of course on use). But batteries decline in health with every battery charge and since the watch would now be pretty old and likely have been charged a lot, its health would likely be pretty degraded by now.
