Hmm, I'm not sure about your question, but see these steps ranked from easiest to hardest:
1) Change the wallpaper on your iPhone - Apple Support
2) Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings or Reset Home Screen Layout
3) Full factory reset: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
