I’m not able to receive/send photos to android phone. I can receive texts from single android user

Photos not sending from my iPhone to android. Ive done all suggested fixes to be able to send photos through text to android phones. None were successful. Any suggestions?

Contact your phone carrier MMS is their feature that you pay for.
