I never needed new watch the otter box was cracked customer service representative was unprofessional and caused great problems now I only needed new watch bands the otter box cracked not watch

Terrible customer service did not listen correctly and now I’ve have to wait to get bands fixed I bought watch less then a year ago and not damaged tried to cancel and still not able to correct issue!

Apple Watch Series 6, watchOS 8
