I purchased an iPhone 16 Pro Max about a week ago, but Apple hasn’t charged me yet, and I’m wondering why it’s taking so long to ship. About a week ago, I purchased an iPhone 16 Pro Max from another country, and it will be shipped to someone there. iPhone 14 was not delivered I ordered iPhone14 Pro with preorder 1month ago. When I checked few times, the package was not delivered staying hotel. But UPS just told me they don't have responsibility after taking hotel. hotel staff hasn't taken the package. So I still haven't received the item, I'am so embrrassed. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

They are preparing to ship your phone.

You are supposed to get charged at this point.
