Hey there,

Just open Control Center on your iPhone and then tap on the focus button & tap on the focus that you want to turn it off.

mid the DND focus work automatically go to Settings > focus > do not disturb > “ set a schedule “ section tap on it and then turn it off or delete the schedule.
