Damage Coverage with AppleCare+ for MacBook

Will accidental damage (new) in AppleCare+ for MacBook cover liquid damage? What will be the replacement cost and would it also be unlimited? How much service fee would be charged?

Will it also cover accidental damage for scratches to the laptop?

An important point which is not really explicitly spelled out in any of the official Apple documentation, although it is hinted, is the fact if your laptop's Display Assembly is damaged and there is also damage to any other part of the laptop like the Keyboard (or anything contained within the Top Case Assembly or "bottom" or "base" of the laptop), then the cost to repair the laptop under AC+ is $99US for the Display + $299 US for any other issue for a total repair cost of $398 US. If you read the documentation carefully you can see documentation hints at this, but does not explicitly state this. We had a laptop where this happened so I know this is how AC+ works.

Edit: Cosmetic issues are not covered by AC+.
