How do I update the iPhone5 version

An iPhone 5 isn't capable of 11 or above. If you're trying to update to 10.3.4, open Settings, go into VPN & Device Management, remove the beta profile, restart the unit, and run Software Update again.

Updating and iPhone 5:

Use a Computer:

Start with attempting an update through use of a computer. If you cannot use Wi-Fi, then use Ethernet.  See my User Tip: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip. IF any update is available, it will tell you sure enough.
